2011 Gallery Condos Auction – March 5th, 2011

Schnitzer has teamed up with Accelerated Marketing Partners for a 2nd Condo Auction at Gallery Condos in Belltown.  The auction will take place on March 5th, 2011 according to a letter to homeowners.  Public information and an updated web site will be announced on Thursday (January 27th, 2011).

We will be annoucing details to the broader public in our campaign event launch on Thursday, January 27th and welcome the opportunity to meet with you as our VIP at the Gallery Sales Center.

Gallery Condos Retail Spaces : Banner Bank & Belltown Cafe & Market

Gallery Condos at 2911 2nd Avenue in Belltown has two retail spaces – both are now open for business.

Belltown Cafe Market has been open for 2 years now at 2911 2nd Avenue.

Banner Bank is now open at 2901 2nd Avenue in the Gallery Condo Building.  Neon sign went up on October 8th, 2010.

24/7 ATM & Lobby Hours of M-F 9-5 (with a 6PM close on Friday)

Lampreia Moving to Gallery Condominiums Building

Lamperia is moving to the Gallery Condo building at 2nd & Broad.

Chef and Owner Scott Carsberg opened Lampreia in 1992 at the corner of First and Battery. After 16 years this 4-star restaurant is moving to the Gallery Condo Building. In 2006 he was named best chef in the Northwest by the James Beard Foundation.
