#908 has an asking price of $295,000 for a 603 sq ft unit ($489/sqft)

#1206 has an asking price of $499,000 for a 1,066 sq ft unit ($468/sqft)

Lampreia Moving to Gallery Condominiums Building

Lamperia is moving to the Gallery Condo building at 2nd & Broad.

Chef and Owner Scott Carsberg opened Lampreia in 1992 at the corner of First and Battery. After 16 years this 4-star restaurant is moving to the Gallery Condo Building. In 2006 he was named best chef in the Northwest by the James Beard Foundation.
