Real Estate prices in the Seattle area are expected to grow 25.5 percent by 2014 according to this Bloomberg Businessweek story. Many real estate reporters are writing about gloom & doom and this article states a 25.5 percent increase by 2014. I think Seattle will do very good between now and 2014 in the City of Seattle & Major Eastside Cities. I also think that 25.5 is quite optimistic!
